Description of problem:
When I try reboot or halt the system from the window "Quitter la session LXDE ?"
 (Quit the LXDE session?) I get the message at the bottom of the window :
"org.freedesktop.hal.power-management.shutdown no <- (action,result)"
"org.freedesktop.hal.power-management.reboot no <- (action,result)"

In Cauldron uptodate.
With xdm
How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. press the right bottom button (door), or in menu "Déconnection" 
2.select "reboot" or "halt"

hen using xdm or slim as desktop manager, you won't be able to shutdown from inside lxde. Use lxdm, gdm or kdm as an alternative.

I have configured with lxdm as desktop manager, and the problem is still here.
When I try Ctrl-Alt-Del I get an window with a title "Openbox" and a message that lxstart can not start a child processus. The system does not reboot after that.
I have yet the autologin.

Cannot reproduce. Halt and Reboot from lxde (using lxdm as dm) does work perfectly.
