Description Barry Jackson 2012-03-17 00:18:41 CET
Description of problem:
In a clean installation of Mga2 beta2 x86_64 full KDE from DVD iso :-
On attempting to select a driver in the graphical video driver GUI the module exits instantly on selection of the driver.
Currently using nouveau - trying to switch to nv or vesa.

Running XFdrake from Konsole :-
The program 'XFdrake' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was 'BadWindow (invalid Window parameter)'.
  (Details: serial 23438 error_code 3 request_code 153 minor_code 3)
  (Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
   that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
   To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line
   option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
   backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.)
