Current logging is to the console and get sent by cron as email.
We should log to a file directly, so that we get logging at the same place when ulri is not run via cron (it can now be run by youri-submit), and we should logrotate that file.

This has been mostly fixed for many years. We nowadays log into /var/log/schdebot/{ulri,emi}.log which are logrotated.

However this is due to some environment variable set in the cron and will not happen when running it manually.
