Description of problem:
When adding a second keyboard layout with GCC 'Keyboar' 'Layout Settings' the order of those Layouts can be arranged (move up/down) which suggests that there would be some kind of 'default', but regardless of the order there, the default is always the one specified (first) at system install time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install with gnome3 and keyboard layout A
2. add new keyboard layout B and move it up to the top
3. logout and login again

just verified, still valid with most recent cauldron.

Just tested, and it works for me in todays cauldron. Can you confirm?

nope, just updated to the most recent Cauldron and checked.

I have an English and a German Layout configured, the English one shows first in the 'Layouts' tab of the 'Region and Language' settings, and is also listed first on the language selector from the gnome3 panel, nevertheless, whenever I log in, the German layout is selected.

This bug was filed against cauldron, but we do not have cauldron at the moment.

Please report whether this bug is still valid for Mageia 2.
