Description of problem:  On logging into Xfce, with or without my customised desktop settings, everything looks O.K. except the mouse arrow, which is at least 4 times too big. (I am 69; perhaps it is trying to tell me something?)

Hi Doug,

Thank you for your report. Can you attach a screenshot illustrating this problem?

Also, can you create a new user and see if this problem is present for the new account as well?

I didn't notice any other effects.  I reported this just before I installed the latest updates which were only coming down in bits as they reached my end of the world. :(  They must have made the difference.

I hadn't got as far as the new account.  As soon as I logged in, the arrow was above the Xscreensaver splash screen, and obviously normal.
