Description of problem: Running an Alpha upgraded to Beta 1. On logging out and selecting a "Reboot" option from the KDE menu, or using rebootin from a Konsole, I am returned to the KDM login screen.  I can then reboot via the Shutdown button.

How reproducible:  Any attempt to reboot.  Not tested in any other wm.  I have Xfce with its own issues.

This particular issue has already been reported in our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further bugs you find.
In general it is welcome to search for existing reports first to avoid filing duplicates.

It would be much easier to search Bugzilla if I wasn't restricted to one word in the search term.  The Test site mentioned in the Help does not seem to be so limited.

You can put "ALL kde reboot" (without the quotes) in the search.

The ALL will include closed bug reports.

I tried "Kde AND reboot."  I think that it gave me two lists.  For speed, one needs "reboot" within KDE.  I don't know how a bugsquad member could work quickly enough without it.  i don't know of a different Boolean expression that should work.  Perhaps Manuel's CGI link will do it.
