Can someone else reproduce this? I can't. Tho' i'm running 64-bit system. Status:

UNCONFIRMED i had to be more accurate: it happens only the first time i start kde i can start kfilebox manually, exit from kde, restart kde and it works fine. but if i reboot and restart kde it happens. Mageia release 2 (Cauldron) for x86_64 Kernel 3.3.0-server-0.rc7.1.mga2 on a Dual-processor x86_64 / \l Qt : 4.8.0 Plate-forme de développement de KDE : 4.8.1 (4.8.1) kde4-config : 1.0 Tested for the srpm kfilebox-0.4.7-2.mga1.src.rpm on Mageia 2 Beta 2 x86_64 and I can't reproduce this too ,for me kfilebox works fine with KDE4. In this regard, why the package kfilebox isn't present in Repo for Mageia 2 ? CC:

installed mageia2 beta2 in virtualbox installed only kfilebox as i reported before kfilebox still crashes for segfault the first time kde starts.

text/plain if i uncheck automatic dropbox start and run kfilebox in this way: /home/ilprof/.dropbox-dist/dropbox & sleep 10 kfilebox it works fine. Tested complete for the srpm kfilebox-0.4.7-3.mga2.src.rpm on Mageia 2 Beta 2 for x86_64 ,it works fine for me (no crash ,no bug with KDE4). ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- To install what I do: -Exit kfilebox in systray-icon -Kill process Dropbox with "Ctrl+Esc -Delete (or rename) the files "home / user / and .dropbox. Dropbox-dist" -Install the new package kfilebox -Command line (simple user) to start the daemon : $ kfilebox This client is not tied to any account ... Please access the page https://.........................to link this machine. -Then use the link and validate the account Client successfully linked. Welcome Geiger! -And finally I click on the icon kfilebox in the menu KDE4 to launch the icon in the systray-icon -Once that "Dropbox" has created the folder home / user / Dropbox and it has finished downloading the folders and files, reboot the PC to test if kfilebox launches successfully. firatkutlu The problem is still continuing but there is not problem on my 64 bit computer. 64 bit kfile box is running succesfully. As an unclean workaround, I installed nautilus-dropbox instead.
Then, as superuser :
1) mv /usr/bin/nautilus{,.sav}
2) create the following /usr/bin/nautilus shell script :
#!/bin/sh
exec dolphin "$2" # the first argument passed to nautilus is "--no-desktop" which is invalid to dolphin
3) chmod a+x /usr/bin/nautilusCC:
