Please, can you explain a little more?

I worked on integrating the RPM Speed-Dreams a TORCS's fork, it appeared that the library txml, by a Fedora's developer, that the library txml is in MPL-1.0 license which is incompatible with the GPL

And so what? What solution did you find for Speed-Dreams?

Also, I can't find anything about that in Fedora or Debian. Please provide some links?

for Speed-Dreams, we have take other expat library, compatible with GPL
at :

For Fedora and Debian, no ticket for Torcs but Fedora team quality has not
accept speed-dreams for that, and the txml is the same in Torcs.

Well, so it is some thing to fix upstream. I will talk with TORCS people.

if no answered by Torc's team, I can patch the rpm but not before the
Release, so for Mageia 3

This bug was filed against cauldron, but we do not have cauldron at the moment.

Please report whether this bug is still valid for Mageia 2.

No, upstream don't want to change their code.
So I will try to patch with expat as we made on Speed Dreams.

Status: NEW => ASSIGNED
Target Milestone: --- => Mageia 3

the patch must have happened as no libtxml appears to be installed. So fixed.
