Description of problem:

Fcitx is a Chinese input method. Though it is set as the default input method, it can't  automatically start when logging in.

It is still present. When logging in via GDM, neither of ibus and fcitx can automatically start.

There is nothing to do with IME package side, as those settings should be set in xsession startup script.
