release_blocker LO is installed on gnome de and en_US. And it seems to be installed on 32bit systems no matter which language. And since ddebug.log on the installations without libreoffice tells of a conflict with lilypond and lilypond is only present on the x86_64 isos, I suspect, it's the problem. But I can't give any idea, why it's language specific, and why there should be a conflict...
