The Tainted repository includes packages under various licenses, free and *nonfree* ones, 

This is wrong we don't provide nonfree rpms with tainted stuff

At the time this page was setup and released, this was not discussed thoroughly on the list I believe. Please submit a patch (http://svnweb.mageia.org/web/www/trunk/en/1/) or we leave this out.
