How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. install any service/daemon/pkg using a /etc/init.d script
2. systemctl enable whatever.service
3. ls /etc/rc.d/rc3.d

Sorry, gotta quit testing at o dark thirty in the morning.
systemctl disable whatever.service does create the links.
