Just tried to set up a local httpd Apache Webserver
on a Mageia 1 install and found that the Apache
Webserver module in Webmin is missing. It should
be there and is in my Mandriva 2010.2 install.

Should be in Webmin -> Servers -> Apache Webserver

So far as I know Webmin works fine otherwise.

You need to change the conf see the duplicate
