Description of problem:
For some reasons some icons of print assistant are not shown (See attachment)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kipi-plugins-1.9.0-3.1.mga1


How reproducible:
Open digikam or gwenview, select 2 or 3 pictures and choose print assistant plugins.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. from info_page press next
2. choose full page layout (you should have 2 or 3 pages)
3. some icons are missed

Advisory test:
Print assistant plugin from kipi-plugins does not show some button icons correctly, that does not allow users to manage some functionalities easier, such as changing picture order and browsing page previews. Although functionalities are not missed, just hidden, this version fixed this issue.

Testing complete on i586 for the srpm
kipi-plugins-1.9.0-3.2.mga1.src.rpm

Note that after selecting the pictures, then Image/Print assistant, you
have to select next before the screen in discussion shows up.
