Running an xfce4 session, clicking on sound preferences on the sound applet makes a window to appear then disapear.
It happens it's gnome-control-center segfaulting.

Missing XInitThreads() and/or g_thread_init()/gdk_threads_init() calls?

Looks like they got rid of it because glib is supposed to do it automatically (  https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=667527)

obviously that doesn't work very well...
