open digikam
select an album with .mov or .mp4

they are there but with no thumbnail only mime video thumbnail

see the capture

no pb with dolphin movie thumbnails are created
no pb also with gwenview

gille caulier syas it is a mageia installation pb

Well Gilles said also that installing  ffmpegthumb or mplayerthumbs should work,
but here it does not.

Fixed in cauldron with digikam 2.6.0 beta2 (3.rpm), SVN rev tag 222645

Status: NEW => RESOLVED
