Description of problem:
planet.mageia.org isn't shown in the list of links at the top of the main website. I don't know if this was intentional, but it is nice to have so people even know to look for it.

Re-added those from the English page (oddly, the sidebar had disappeared).

I am not sure about adding it to the global navigation bar, but we can certainly make it more accessible from other places (from the home page in the news section for instance - which page can be improved).

Looking at the English page, I see the language selection dropdown, but still no link to planet.mageia.org?
