According to scribus mailing list fontmatrix 0.7.0 is recommend.

fontmatrix does seem to build OK from the latest svn source.

Assigning this package request to all packagers collectively. On a voluntary basis, one of them might want to integrate it to the distribution and maintain it for bug and security fixes.

This package was imported in 2012 by blue_prawn, modified in 2013 but it looks like it has never been built.

It seems that this is dependent on QtWebKit, which has been dropped upstream and in Mageia (mga#29326), meaning that this can no longer be imported.
