Description Anssi Hannula 2011-12-30 03:56:13 CET

KConfigIniBackend fails to check parent directories properly, causing "File foo isn't writeable" errors, like reported in https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3601#c10 .

I've submitted a fix upstream:

This needs to be addressed in mga1 as well (probably worth it to wait some days if upstream has comments about the patch, though...).

I'll wait for upstream answer & eventually merged it in cauldron too if it's not merged in the 4.8 branch.

Ok upstream did accept it :)
I'll fix it on mga1 & wait to see if it's merged in 4.8 branch or only in master/frameworks.
