Sphinx requires libstemmer, which was packaged for mdv2010.1/2

I have tested rebuilding the src rpm from:
http://mirror.internode.on.net/pub/mandriva/official/2010.2/SRPMS/main/release/libstemmer-0-8mdv2010.1.src.rpm

A minor change to the spec file was required. Patch will be provided.

All works in this configuration.

libstemmer is now in Cauldron and will be in Mageia 2. Thanks for the report.
