Could this please be added to cauldron.

I got this working using the following.

1. Install libstemmer (once built) as per https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3932
2. mgarepo co sphinx
3. download new source from http://sphinxsearch.com/files/sphinx-2.0.3-release.tar.gz
4. change sha1sum for new source
5. removed unneeded sphinx-0.9.9-gcc43.diff patch
6. replaced not working sphinx-mdv_conf.diff patch with sphinx-mga_conf.diff (attached)
7. replaced sphinx.spec file (attached)

This now builds correctly.

The current version in mga3 = 2.0.6 and in cauldron = 2.0.9
