I am sorry but I don't understand how to do that:
What package replaces myspell-pt_BR as example?

It's hunspell-%{languagecode} - so hunspell-pt.

Hunspell dictionaries should fully replace without regression Myspell ones.

This bug was filed against cauldron, but we do not have cauldron at the moment.

Please report whether this bug is still valid for Mageia 2.
