Freenode started to offer ssl based login since a moment.
The default channel is #mageia, on a cleartext link.  I propose to use ssl by default for this server, as this will increase security.

i'll do it for konversation & quassel.
But we should also do it for irssi & the gtk irc client to be consistent.

We could open a tracker for all irc clients to track that.

irssi may not have a default #mageia configuration however.
