for the moment kdebase-workspace is not built with networkmanagement support, so the plasma-applet-networkmanagement is useless without it :) We'll try to enable it after the alpha 2 release. Regards, CC:

balcaen.john Ok i imported & submit kdenetworkmanager. For the moment the support for vpn,openvpn,pptp is not enable yet, since we need to import networkmanager pptp,vpn,openvpn plugins before. I keep open this bug report until it's fixed. Hardware:
