Description William Kenney 2011-11-28 16:38:32 CET
Install drakwizard
MCC: -> Sharing -> Configure web server

httpd ( Apache webserver ) installs properly but
fails to start on bootup.

MCC: -> System -> Manage systems services

lists httpd as installed but not running. Also
indicates that httpd service is to be started
at bootup. It is not. Clicking on the "Start"
button for httpd starts the service and it runs
fine from there until the next bootup when you
have to manually start it again.

> What is the failed error ?

No error is generated. Just that if I
create a public_html directory in a
user that cannot be gotten to.

http://127.0.0.1/~wilcal/

does not respond after boot. If I
start it it does.

Thanks for your response. If this bug is
really part of 3069 go ahead and use that
one instead of this one.
