Description of problem:
Mageia don't ship nor support Ispell. Mageia will not support Ispell, so package is and will be broken.

The perl module is also unmaintained for a decade.

I think it's also fine to add README.urpmi to perl-Lingua-Ispell, that we don't ship ispell anymore. Jerome, what do you think?

nope, we're just going to remove the module, and add it to task-obsolete when this one will be available.

perl-Lingua-Ispell has been obsoleted by task-obsolete.
