Description of problem:

It is possible to install Mageia with a minimal configuration (custom install, and unselect everything during package group selection). The installer then gives the choice of installing suggested packages, or not. 

If packages are added later (individual package selection step), the "--no-suggests" option does not apply to them. 

This can be verified with the mageia-theme-Default package, which calls for suggested mageia-theme-Default-screensaver (it can be unchecked at once, but it should not be checked at all, and other packages are harder to look for).

Installer in Mageia2-alpha1 and earlier. 


How reproducible:

Always when minimal installation is chosen and individual packages are added later during the install. 


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Choose minimal install and individual package selection (Custom install, all groups unchecked, individual package selection checked).
2. Ask for "No suggested pakages" when prompted.
3. Add packages with suggested dependencies during the individual package selection step.

I've got the same situation, except that I chose "individual package selection" but didn't actually select any additional package. And, I didn't select "truly minimal install", but rather "with basic documentation (recommended)". The resulting installation was about 650 packages, including X11 libs, GTK2/3, some GNOME components, Cairo, libnautilus etc.

I did not remove the "suggested" mageia-theme-Default-screensaver during this installation run, but did so successfully in another try. 

Tell me if you want the report.bug.gz for the other attempt.

The mageia-theme-Default-screensaver is there: it was auto-selected with mageia-theme-Default.

The option was not honoured in individual package list.
Fixed in GIT
