Can you try to unsubscribe after login to sympa with your identity account ? I'm not able to connect to sympa using the account I use in bugzilla (email + password). When I try to unsubscribe to a mailing list where I have not subscribe before, the message shown is correct "You are not subscribed to list i18n-tr with e-mail address christophe.bertin2@free.fr. You might have subscribed with another address. Please contact the list owner to help you unsubscribe: i18n-tr-request@ml.mageia.org). The acount that you use is working on identity ? How did you create it ? When I first want to report a bug, the bugzilla system ask me to create an account. I'have put my email adress, reply to the mail that was send to me, established a password etc... Nothing like that was asking by sympa for subscribing to mailing list. In that case, I have just fill my email and response to the email send by sympa. No password was asked or needed to do that. When did you open the account ? It seems that you do not use a ldap account, but a local one on bugzilla and I think we disabled that ( but maybe this was created before :/ ), so there is likely a problem here. dmorganec So I have recreated an account, logged in mailing list website and I have unsubscribed to every mailing list. This time, the system doesn't ask me to fill my email address but propose me to unsubscribe directly. Thank you for your help. Bug closed for me. Status:
