Description of problem:
As summary.
This has never been a problem until recently - last month maybe.

Using konsole stand-alone everything is fine.

I will add an attachment with whatever logs I can find that may give a clue to the cause. I can only assume it's a dolphin issue, but listing iurt and dolphin for now.

This has been 100% repeatable for weeks now, but as soon as I submitted this report it immediately ran fine.

However this was immediately after building the same package in konsole, so maybe the chroot was up to date which bypassed the issue.

I will keep testing as time allows.

Thank you for the report.
I discover that when using Dolphin, F4 pops a terminal window.
Since this problem only shows in this context, and not in a terminal application, yes, put it down to Dolphin.
It would be useful to try with other terminal applications then konsole; and even a virtual console - just to confirm that it is a Dolphin problem.
