Description of problem:

When recording the first programme broadcast on BBC3 or BBC4 the playback of the recording fails.

How reproducible:
Playback fails every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Record first programme on BBC 3 or BBC 4 at 7:00pm with recording set to start two minutes before programme

2.  When starting playback of the recorded programme playback fails

This issue has been now been fixed in MythTV v34 therefore a complete set of rpms for MythTV v34 should be generated as the current version in Mageia 9 is MythTV v33.1

"version: 34.0 + fixes to gd6398" already in Cauldron, by DavidG. Assigning this to you in consequence.

@Steve: when the new version gets pushed, please report back. Ideally, if you can get to core/updates_testing, test it when it gets there. David will note that here. It would help a lot.
