Description of problem:
User can't access feh's docs:

$ LC_ALL=C ls -lh /usr/share/doc/feh/

Ok, a workaround (which fully corrects the problem) :

With root permissions (using su or similar)

# chmod -R a+r /usr/share/doc/feh/

You might have to logout/login or reboot before it takes effect.
(At least I will have to on my system.)

A fix is coming soon.

Testing complete on i586 for the srpm
feh-1.12-2.1.mga1.src.rpm

Documentation has proper permissions, and feh * in a directory
full of images works.
