Description of problem:
During migration from mandriva 2010.2, at installation summary, security level is shown as "not configured", whereas it sure was configured in Mandriva, wasn't it ?

How reproducible:
I did only one migration so far.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Migrate from an existing mandriva installation using an installation media
2. Look at the summary stage : security level is "not configured"

well, new msec maintainer @mdv had the wonderfull idea to gratuitously change the config file format from a numeric value (1..6) to a string without checking the programs that were reading that file.
What's more, this was totally unneeded...
