Description of problem:
php-pear-Date_Holidays_Norway is requiring pear(Christian.php)  which in fact should be provided by php-pear-Date_Holidays.

Maybe we should add a Provides: pear(Christian.php).
Or there's probably a fix to add in the findrequires script during rpm build.

As suggest on -discuss there's 2 solutions:
1) use _requires_exceptions in the spec
2) eventually patch the Holidays/Driver/Norway.php to drop the  line
require_once 'Christian.php';
