kernel What about 6.6.22? (In reply to Giuseppe Ghibò from comment #3) > What about 6.6.22? It happened only that one time. I don't know what triggered it. This system is currently using 6.6.22-desktop-1.mga9. $ uname -a Linux marte 6.6.22-desktop-1.mga9 #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Sun Mar 17 18:04:51 UTC 2024 x86_64 GNU/Linux This issue happened again. I have no idea what triggers the issue but can confirm that removing the modules tpm_infineon, tpm_tis, and tpm_tis_core stops the issue. This time, removing the modules did not cause a stack trace to appear in the logs. $ uname -a Linux marte 6.6.37-desktop-1.mga9 #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Sat Jul 6 01:42:12 UTC 2024 x86_64 GNU/Linux $ uptime 10:59:18 up 8 days, 53 min, 1 user, load average: 0,51, 1,87, 2,44 # journalctl -b0 | grep 'tpm tpm0: tpm_try_transmit: send(): error -62' | wc -l 2343 # journalctl -b0 | grep 'tpm tpm0: tpm_try_transmit: send(): error -62' | head -n 1 jul 17 02:54:47 marte kernel: tpm tpm0: tpm_try_transmit: send(): error -62 # lsmod | grep tpm tpm_infineon 16384 0 tpm_tis 12288 0 tpm_tis_core 32768 1 tpm_tis tpm 98304 4 tpm_tis,trusted,tpm_infineon,tpm_tis_core Thank you to keep us informed about this |
