The colors are fine but no the size A few small like the current one will be good (In reply to katnatek from comment #1) You are right, size was too big! I have tried making it a smaller and it looks *much* better. Also fixed the mock up by adding the Show Desktop button again (after covering it up). https://0x0.st/HnWg.png/screenshot_menu-button-mockup_v2.png I like the idea of the menu button being a bit bigger than everything else, because i think it helps people who struggle with computers to know its an important button. I have done tweaks to my system to make the icon bigger like this but my system can't make the icon go all the way to the edges (yet?), there is a couple pixels border on my panel. Even with the two pixel border, i think my panel still looks really very good though.
