Description of problem: We have in testing repos for validate for QA Team, the last version of Plasma Kde, 5.27.10. I have installed this packages and works fine, but I use Falkon daily and I have seen that we have the 23.04 version without update frome Mageia 9 release announcement. The same for other kde applications like Okular or Kdenlive


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Falkon and Kde applications in Mageia 9.


How reproducible: Install 5.27.10 from testing repos and verify the kde applications.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install 5.27.10 Plasma version.
2.Install kde applications
3.The version is 23.04

Please wait for first kf5 update and validating, after for plasma update and validating and to finish we'll go to update kde-release to latest 23.04 branch (23.04.3). Impossible to go with 23.08 branch for mga9 stable release as there is a lot of change with this branch that we can't accept, for eg: all telepathy-kde was removed upstream.

so Jose, you understand that we are stuck with v23.04 for M9; but that is due to be updated after other things from .1 to .3

Have to close wontfix (meaning 'cannot fix'):
"Impossible to go with 23.08 branch for mga9 stable release"
