Description of problem:
The sonnet spell-checker configuration panel is not accessible


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
mga9


How reproducible:
In LXQt Desktop installed with task-lxqt (sonnet package is in recommends)


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the control panel of LXQt
2. In the section System configuration open the Sonnet Configuration 

Result: Nothing happens
Expected result: Open the Sonnet configuration dialogue

Advisory
===============
Sonnet included in the package a desktop file for launching sonnet-config, for the usage in LXQt configuration tool.
But in recent version of kf5, this command was no more build, thus the icon in LXQt config had no action.
The update restore the build and the inclusion of sonnet-config.

As we have started a full Kf5 update the fix is now in sonnet-5.114.0-1.1.mga9.src.rpm and no more in previous 5.105.0-2.1.mga9 it will be part and validate with the kf5-5.114.0 update. Sorry.

Tested on real hardware Mageia 9 x86_64

After update packages in bug#32838 the configuration panel of sonnet works in lxqt

@Marja I think this bug not need advisory as the packages that fix the issue is now part of other bug
