Description of problem:
In the Urpmi pkg, url is wrong. I think that since we fork urpmi, we have to make our own page on our new wiki and add this url to urpmi.

This bug isn't the same. 
urpmi http://wiki.mandriva.com/en/Tools/urpmi - URL works, but Mandriva url
drakcowsay peoples.mandriva.com/~blino/drakcowsay/ - URL doesn't work
