Description of problem:

We usually ship them together with a kernel update.

They already got tested in 
 Bug 32623 - Update request: kernel-6.5.13-6.mga9 
 Bug 32628 - Update request: kernel-linus-6.5.13-2.mga9

Still in core/updates_testing :
 kernel-firmware-20231111-1.mga9.noarch.rpm

and in nonfree/updates_testing :
 kernel-firmware-nonfree-20231111-1.mga9.nonfree.noarch.rpm

Can we say they are ready to go?

I believe all of the nonfree firmware belong together, with kernel-firmware separate. 

See bug 30749, where the srpms are kernel-firmware-nonfree and radeon-firmware, but the packages to test include the other nonfree firmwares, as well.

MGA9-64 Plasma Wayland on HP pavillion.
No isntallation issues. Rebooted after installation and I cann't find anything wrong (all Intel HW components).

MGA9-64 Plasma on the following hardware:

Asus motherboard, i5-7500, Nvidia Quadro k620 graphics, wired Internet
HP Pavilion 15, AMD A8-4555 APU, AMD HD 7600G graphics, rtl8188ee wifi
HP Probook 6550b, i3 M350, Intel graphics, BCM43224 wifi
ASRock motherboard, AMD Phenom II X4 910, AMD HD 8490 graphics, Atheros AR928X wifi

No installation issues on any of these, and no obvious issues after a reboot.
