Description of problem: 
After updating to 2.10.36 version, Gimp doesn't open and warns that it can't work because of GEGL 0.4.36 version; Gimp 2.10.36 needs GEGL 0.4.38 version.

It has been probably forgotten in "Core update testing".

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Mageia 8

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Update Gimp
2.Open Gimp
