Description of problem:

I don't know why but something in bug#32603 produce the server show the message in https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=32603#c9 each time a new comment is send in the bug

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In new tab (to can close the tab) go to https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=32603
2. Make a comment
3. You see the message in https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=32603#c9
4. close the tab
5. go to https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=32603
6. yous can see your comment

Bugzilla didn't like \x{fdd2} in bug 32603 comment 6 (and 7 and 8) and the emails have not been sent. Now everytime you write a new comment, it will try to resend the older comments and will fail again.

I could try to work on it, but I won't be able to make any change to Bugzilla till bug 32446 is fixed.

This is not fixed. Bugzilla is unable to clear the email queue from bug 32603 due to this problem.

Btw, I don't know why I don't get any notification from this bug, despite I'm the assignee. Something else must be wrong.

We've just made a mail change that should help notification mails get delivered (SPF). Are you getting notification updates now from this bug?

OK, fixed. I submitted the patch upstream while I was on it.
