Description Kristoffer Grundström 2023-10-16 00:28:12 CEST
Description of problem: I took the liberty of packaging pmbootstrap to Mageia 9 so that people can build their own postmarketOS image for their devices. postmarketOS can be built for phones, tablet and even for laptops and netbooks (though with some adjustments of course). Feel free to adapt it.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 2.0.0

Please give a project URL.
You will know that this is not a good time to be requesting new, especially very specialised, applications.

We are heavily burdened at the moment, so the packagers might bounce this.

Assigning this package request to all packagers collectively. On a voluntary basis, one of them might, if there are no license or other legal issues, want to integrate it to the distribution and maintain it for bug and security fixes.

You Kristoffer might also want to join the packager team to maintain this piece of software: see https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Becoming_a_Mageia_Packager
