Description of problem:

madb needs an entry for the distribution "Latest stable 9"


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to https://madb.mageia.org/
2. Select the Distribution menu drop down.
3. You will see that it has ""Latest stable 8"
It needs to have a filter for Mageia 9 as the latest stable release.

Also 'Caldron' menu item is still filtering for 9 and should point to 10
