Description of problem: Dolphin always start in my /home folder. However, in Dolphin configuration the selected option is "Folders, tabs, and window state from last time". Moreover, remembering configuration from last time is normally the default option for Dolphin.

How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure Dolphin Startup by ticking : Folders, tabs, and window state from last time
2. In Dolphin, change your folder. For example, go to "Pictures"
2. Close Dolphin
3. Open Dolphin again.

It seems to be a regression in dolphin 23.04.1, fixed in 23.04.2

I confirm it is fixed in dolphin-23.04.1-1.1.mga9 actually in testing. All the other options (default location and specified location) works well too.

Confirming the fault, which I didn't see because I normally have Dolphin configured to open on my home folder.

No installation issues. After the update, Dolphin now opens on the last folder if configured that way, and on the home folder if configured that way.

Looks OK here. Validating.
