The MCC fails to display its menu options on the right hand side

Surprising !
The final release of Live Plasma Mageia9 on a permanent USB key worked perfectly


After having installed Mageia9 (final release) from the install iso
It works perfectly

But when after having stopped and rebooted
I get a blank right hand part of the MCC
like in those bugs

nVidia Geforce GT 1030 with driver for 745 series and later

(even after having installed kernel-server 6.4.9 and rebooted with it)

NB this kind of problem occurred in the past on a 32bits laptop with Mageia8 when I updated it : the MCC had this wrong display with Plasma but not with XFCE

Hi Lewis
Since I had lots of display problem with this installation (with the Install ISO... not a Live)
I did a total re-installation of Mageia9 on the same computer with the same ISO.
I choosed the same nvidia driver 

And the problem have magically disappeared !!!

Something went wrong with the previous installation ?

It's so aleatory that I can't find any explanation
