Description of problem:
We should ship current versions in new Mageia release if possible.
If not for release, so as update shortly after.
Currently mga9 have inkscape-1.2.2, upstream current is 1.3

It is a leaf package except for
elementary-icon-theme-inkscape-palette
python3-sphinxcontrib-inkscapeconverter

inkscape also requires a newer lib2geom (which is however used only by inkscape), but we're in freeze. Anyway, I've 1.3 here:

I see 1.3.2, the latest, is in Cauldron
Still 1.2.2 in mga9

Yes from 2022 there isn't update...
