Description of problem:
Clicking on 'Release Notes' or 'Newcomers Howto' leads to the page intended for the latter.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.21-1.mga9

How reproducible:
Not yet known.  Only seen on one system so far.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot Mageia-9-rc1-Live-Xfve-x86_64.iso (round 2)
2. Observe that MageiaWelcome page appears
3. Click on 'Release Notes'
4. Note that 'Newcomers Howto' page is presented
5. Confirm that 'Newcomers Howto' entry leads to the same page
6. Optional.  Use Wiki entry to search for 'Release Notes' to confirm that the page does exist.

I would be surprised if it was specific to one ISO. Assuming it is not, assigning to Yves for MageiaWelcome.

The language is English.  Shall try 2.22-1 later.

Have just updated mageiawelcome from Mageia9 Updates Testing
$ rpm -q mageiawelcome
mageiawelcome-2.22-1.mga9

and find that the Release Notes tab in More Information still points to the Beginners Howto.

I have withdrawn the translation en_GB which had nothing new except 2 bad links. This is in coming mageiawelcome-2.23
