Description of problem:
The summary says it all. If the Mageia Control Center (MCC) is run in Mageia 9 (Cauldron), either from a panel icon or from the command line, there is a small popup window that appears just before the main window opens, This popup is currently using the Mageia 8 artwork, and it should be changed to use the Mageia 9 artwork.

A loose end to tie up before the RC and release...

As this affects the Live ISOs, I think it should be a release blocker.

Confirmed here too, though in all of the years using mcc I never noticed that
there was a display of it. It shows for slightly less than a second on my
main system.

Leaving as a release blocker for now, but due to it's extremely low visibility
I'm not against lowering the priority later if needed.

I never noticed it before, either. One of those things that you block out from familiarity unless you're looking for it. It just happened to catch my eye the other day. 

But I just checked, and on older systems with slower processors like my Foolishness and its P4, it's displayed for (guessing) 2-3 seconds. Same with my Dell Dimension e520, which has a Core 2 Quad but no SSD.

That's long enough to be noticed.

Confirmed. Sorry I didn't check in earlier, but I didn't get a chance to check it on one of my slower machines until now. It goes by too fast to be sure on the faster ones.
