Trying to install python3-flask fails due to dependency version.

Some requested packages cannot be installed:
python3-flask-2.3.2-1.mga9.noarch (due to unsatisfied python3.10dist(blinker)[>= 1.6.2])

This is blocking other packages including pgadmin4.

We know this as a freeze_move python-blinker was requested but not yet moved to RELEASE.
