Description of problem: I'm porting snapd to Mageia and I see that we're missing a bunch of dependencies as rpm's so I'm therefore suggesting to import this package A.S.A.P if not for Cauldron, but for Mageia 9 when it's released as stable.

As you only need this package to package snapd, and your several requests to introduce snap where rejected by council decission, this one also needs to get closed.
